Garrett Voegeli is Unity’s President and oversees all operational, sales, and financial aspects of the business. He is responsible for leading, organizing, and streamlining the sales and operations divisions within the company as well as maintaining a healthy company culture and strong industry presence.

Since joining Unity in 2011, Garrett has overseen the sale and execution of multifamily construction projects across 5 states. Garrett began his tenure with Unity working alongside subcontractors in the field and learning the business from the ground up. He then took on the roles of Office Manager, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Account Manager, and eventually President.

Jon Paul is a DFW local, born in Fort Worth, raised in Rockwall, educated at The University of North Texas & currently lives in North Dallas with his wife of 10 years.

He spent nearly a decade with a Global, Fortune 300 3rd party logistics provider that taught him the importance of supply management & logistics – managing a portfolio over $100M. From 2013-2020 he was employed with a DFW local, small business focusing on material handling & warehouse solutions.

Jon Paul launched his consulting & contracting business in 2018, which provides sales, leadership & business strategy consulting across multiple verticals. This consulting business introduced him to the Unity Construction Team in 2020 and he joined Unity as Director of Sales in 2021. Jon Paul firmly believes in the Law of Reciprocity & helping people achieve the best versions of themselves.

Troy has worked in the construction industry for more than 30 years – 19 of those being in Construction Management. He has held variation positions, including – Superintendent, Project Manager, Director of Due Diligence and Insurance Claims, Regional Construction Manager, Vice President, and Director of Construction.

While primarily focusing on the multifamily arena, major projects have also included commercial properties, resorts, and hotels.

When not travelling for work, Troy enjoys exploratory trips with his family, riding dirt bikes, hunting, fishing, swimming, and doing local service projects.

Andrew McCracken is Unity’s Director of Operations. He oversees all field operations to ensure consistent and timely completion of each project. Andrew is responsible for leading and organizing Unity’s team of Project Managers and working with each client to deliver excellent customer service and high-quality work.

Andrew joined Unity in 2014 as a Project Manager, where he mastered this trade for 4 years before being promoted into his current role. Prior to joining Unity, Andrew worked with a building material supplier where he gained a detailed knowledge of all construction materials and their relative applications.

Bobby joined Unity in 2018 as a Project Manager. After learning the in’s and out’s of the business, he was promoted into his current role. Prior to joining Unity, Bobby worked as a sub-contractor in the construction industry for 4 years. He has worked in a multitude of trades including welding, framing, carpentry & painting.

Bobby attended the University of Texas at Dallas where he graduated with his B.A. in Arts and Technology. He enjoys traveling, doing house improvement projects & spending time with his wife & daughter.

Agustin Hinojosa is Unity’s Project Manager and oversees all interior and exterior renovation projects for the firm. He oversees a team of two Project Managers and 30+ subcontractors in the completion of both occupied and vacant unit renovations.

 

Since joining Unity in 2016, has directed the implementation on over $20MM in interior and exteriors renovations projects across Texas. He has Managed independent Resolution of sight issues to keep workers on-task and prevent more complex issues.

 

Prior to joining Unity, Agustin spent 6 years as Manager and delivery driver at a large multi-family material supplier, picking and delivering materials for properties that were getting ready for interior make readies and rehabs. Before that Agustin also worked in different trades as carpentry, roofing, concrete, and interior renovations.

Outside of work, Agustin enjoys time with his family watching movies, bowling, and traveling to different beaches throughout the US.
